ROOM: YAHOO POOL - Social - All Right Now
GENERAL: The aim of this agreement is to offer Realplayers a secure, respectful playing environment and also to maintain and protect the well being of BritPool and All Right Now.
HOURS ALLOWED, TOURNAMENT INFO AND SPAMMING:
ALL HOURS ARE OPEN TO BOTH LEAGUES TO USE THE LOBBY AND TABLES.
Please be respectful, and wait a couple of mins and let the preceding spam clear the chat before running your spam, this allows all members to see the spam.
When spamming your league ad, please list the other leagues in it.
This is NOT a MUST but this will benefit both leagues.
However, you do not have to post the other leagues in your tournament spam.
At NO TIME shall over spamming be allowed, we are sharing the room, not fighting for attention!
STAFF BEHAVIOUR:
All staff, FROM BOTH LEAGUES, are expected to follow the behaviour rules listed below, and to also use courtesy and respect when dealing with those from the other league.
STAFF INCLUDES: The Head Admin, Co-HAs, all Admins, all HTDs, all TDs, and anyone else officially working for your league (member advocate, person in charge of recruiting new members, etc )
A big dose of common sense helps also. If each league has a tourney scheduled for the same time, just take turns.
BEHAVIOUR:
Respect and courtesy shall be shown at all times. The basic cases/myleague behaviour rules shall be followed. These can be viewed on either leagues main page, on the left side.
There is to be no lobby fighting/rudeness/vulgarity (bad language) with members of your league, members of the other league, or with non myleague members.
BritPool do not wish to have bad sportsmanship or inappropriate behaviour in the lobby.
If you have a conflict please take it to a private table.
STAFF of each league are also expected to promote and enforce these behaviour rules among their league members.
INFRACTIONS:
Unfortunately, problems in leagues do happen, and staff must deal with them.
This happens even when a room share does not occur.
Each league must deal with their own problem people or situations.
All leagues must try to enforce their rules with their members and most importantly the Head Admins, Co-HAs and Admins must cooperate in getting these problems stopped.
Methods must be used to try to prevent future problems, what ever they might be.
CANCELLATION/VOIDING OF THIS AGREEMENT:
If serious problems occur, and are not satisfactorily dealt with, to maintain a respectful and courteous room, BRITPOOL MAY CANCEL / VOID THIS ROOM SHARE AGREEMENT!!
Except for infractions by the Head Admins and Co-HAs, attempts will be made to resolve any problems, and a formal warning will be issued.
IF THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELLED, DOCUMENTATION OF THE INFRACTIONS AND ANY ATTEMPTS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO ACHIEVE A RESOLUTION WILL BE EMAILED TO THE HEAD ADMINS OR CO-HAs AND ALSO TO CASES/MYLEAGUE through the admin complaint link.
Here are a few examples
Problem: A member is cursing/fighting in the lobby one day:
Solution: The staff of their league needs to deal with this.
P: A member is cursing/fighting in the lobby today, then again in few days
S: More serious, but staff of that league handles it, with expectations of working to resolve it.
P: A staff member, other than Head Admin or Co-HAs, is cursing/fighting in the lobby.
S: Very serious, IMMEDIATE STEPS TAKEN, either to get staff person under control or out of the league.
P: The Head Admin or Co-HAs of either league refuse to make efforts to control their members and staff.
S: A warning will be given and if not resolved, the agreement will be cancelled between leagues.
P: The Head Admin or Co-HAs of either league are cursing/fighting in the lobby.
A: GOODBYE - agreement cancelled, good luck in your new home.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE IT IS TO BE DEALT WITH AT A PRIVATE TABLE, ON YAHOO MESSENGER, OR THROUGH EMAIL. IT IS NOT TO BE DEALT WITH IN THE LOBBY.
IF EACH LEAGUE MAKES AN EFFORT TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WE WILL BE ABLE TO SHARE THE ROOM WITHOUT A HASSLE.
ISSUES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ONE TIME LITTLE INCIDENTS, EACH LEAGUE MAY FEEL SECURE IN REMAINING IN All Right Now, AS LONG AS THEY WISH, AS LONG AS AN EFFORT IS MADE TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS.
WE ARE ALL HUMAN, AND REACH POINTS OF "LOSING OUR COOL" THE MAIN THING IS HAVING THE DESIRE AND MAKING AN EFFORT TO ABIDE BY THESE BEHAVIOUR RULES.
ADDITIONS TO AGREEMENT:
All Head Admin or Co-HAs may sit down and suggest additions to this agreement. BritPool have the right to approve or veto any addition and no additions will be made that have already been covered on the signed agreement.
CHANGES OF HEAD ADMINS:
BRITPOOL must be informed of any changes of Head Admin or Co-HAs of REALPLAYERS.
In the event of a change of Head Admin or Co-HAs, the room share will still be honoured , the new Head Admin or Co-HAs will be sent a copy of this room share, and they MUST agree to it, or else it is voided, and if a new room share is not worked out, THERE WILL BE NO ROOM SHARE.
USE OF THE ROOM WILL RETURN TO BEING THE SOLE USE OF BRITPOOL AND OTHER LEAGUES IN THE ROOM SHARE.
BRITPOOL WILL BE THE ONLY LEAGUE TO ALLOW A SHARE OF THIS ROOM WITH ANY OTHER LEAGUE, WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF ALL LEAGUES.
IF ANY LEAGUE WISHES TO LEAVE AT SOME FUTURE POINT, THEY MAY NOT "PASS ON THE ROOM" TO ANY ONE ELSE.
IF A LEAGUE LISTED IN THIS ROOM SHARE IS INACTIVE FOR 21 DAYS, THEY LOSE THEIR RIGHT TO SHARE THE ROOM.
EACH LEAGUE'S HEAD ADMIN OR CO-HA ARE TO HANDLE ANY DISPUTES WITH THE HEAD ADMIN OR CO-HA OF THE OTHER LEAGUE IN THIS ROOM SHARE.
IF NECESSARY, THE HEAD ADMIN OR CO-HA CAN MEET AND CONSULT ON ANY PROBLEMS, ISSUES, OR DISAGREEMENTS BEFORE ANYTHING IS SENT TO MYLEAGUE STAFF FOR RESOLUTIONS.
